FAQs

We’re always interested in strong concepts. If you have a script, treatment, or even just a raw idea, the first step is to reach out through our contact form or project inquiry page. From there, our team will review the material and discuss what stage it’s in—development, pre-production, or packaging.

Yes. We often collaborate with in-house marketing teams, creative departments, and outside agencies. Clear roles are important, so we establish swimlanes, shared KPIs, and a single point of contact at the start of the project. That way, your team’s expertise is integrated with ours, without duplication or bottlenecks.

We can step in as:

  • Lead production partner, taking a project from concept through delivery while your team focuses on strategy.
  • Execution partner, handling filming, editorial, finishing, or specialized services like Unreal Engine or AI video.

  • Support partner, extending your in-house capacity with development, research, or post supervision.

The goal is seamless collaboration, so whether you need us to drive or plug in, we’ll align with your structure and workflow.

While video production is at the core of what we do—films, documentaries, series, commercials, and branded content—we also handle the pieces that make those projects succeed. That includes development (research, treatments, budgets, schedules), creative direction, post-production and finishing, and even campaign content packages (trailers, teasers, social cutdowns). Our goal isn’t just to shoot a video; it’s to deliver complete screen-ready work that connects with audiences and clears every platform spec, from festivals to broadcast.

Our work spans from fast-turn commercial assets to multi-episode series, so budgets vary by format and scope. Commercial and branded projects often start around $25,000 to $150,000 depending on length and deliverables. Documentary pilots typically start at $150,000 and above, while features and limited series are scoped individually based on treatment, schedule, and distribution goals. We always define ranges up front and design production to maximize creative impact within your budget.

It depends on the project. Commercial and AI ad sprints can often begin within seven to ten days once creative is approved. Docuseries, films, and larger campaigns typically move into production after treatment approval and scheduling, which can take a few weeks to a few months depending on scope. We confirm the timeline up front so you know exactly when production begins and when delivery happens.

We’re not a sales agent, but we do support distribution strategy. That includes packaging projects for submission, preparing festival deliverables, and ensuring masters meet streamer and broadcast requirements. We can also advise on festival strategy, marketing cutdowns, and campaign assets to help your work travel further.

We take care of rights and clearances as part of production—covering talent releases, music licensing, location agreements, and archival rights—so final masters are festival- and streamer-ready with no surprises. For commercials, usage terms (talent, music, platforms) are defined up front, ensuring your project is fully cleared for distribution from broadcast to digital.

You do, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to showcase excerpts in our reel or case studies, but you can opt out if needed.

Yes. We finish and deliver in all major formats—YouTube, broadcast, FAST, streamer masters, captions, and M&E tracks. Every project leaves our hands platform-ready, QC-clean, and built to travel from festival to streamer to national airwaves without a hitch.

Yes. We can be brought in just for research, treatments, budgeting, and creative direction if you’re not yet ready for full production.

Yes. We finish every project with distribution in mind, whether it is for a film festival, a streaming platform, or broadcast. We provide full captioning, M&E tracks, textless elements, audio stems, and delivery masters that pass strict QC requirements. For festivals we prepare DCPs and submission-ready packages, and for streamers we match their exact technical specifications so delivery is seamless.

Yes. We often step in to handle post-production, finishing, or “rescue edits” when a project needs a fresh hand. That can include offline and online editing, color, sound mix, captions, and final delivery packages. We’re comfortable working with inherited footage and can quickly scope what’s needed to get your project back on track and distribution-ready.

Yes. We finish in 4K and HDR and prepare masters for Dolby Vision, theatrical exhibition, and high-end streamer delivery. This includes DCPs for festivals, Dolby-compliant audio mixes, and broadcast or OTT packages with full QC. Whatever your target may be—festival, streamer, broadcast, or theatrical—we define the specifications at the start and deliver to match.

Yes. We work with a full range of advanced tools where they add creative or technical value. That includes Unreal Engine for real-time environments, LED wall production for in-camera VFX, motion capture and performance capture, and AI-assisted pipelines for pre-visualization, editorial, and versioning. These platforms allow us to move faster, explore more creative options, and deliver with the same cinematic finish expected by streamers, networks, and national campaigns.

Yes. We can crew union or non-union depending on project scope, location, and requirements.

We are based in Los Angeles, California, but we work globally. Our team regularly scopes projects for festivals, streamers, and brands that require international crews, locations, or distribution deliverables. Whether the production is in Los Angeles, across the United States, or abroad, we can assemble the right team and workflow to make it happen.
